1. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging all orders. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- An unboxing video (if available)
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
2. Returns (Change of Mind)
We accept returns for standard (non-custom) products under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unused and returned in original packaging
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or commissioned products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- You will be notified via email regarding approval
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days
5. Order Cancellations
- Before dispatch: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund
- After dispatch: Orders will be treated under the return policy
